If your goal is to just lose fat, I would personally opt for something like injectable l carnitine at roughly 400mg per day. GH can be great, but for the cost, it just isn’t worth it. If you’re trying to be a pro bodybuilder or have exhausted all other options and looking for an edge, then HGH is worth it.

not being a smart azz… can you tighten up your diet a bit. Maybe switch up your conditioning?

Now here is the million dollar question do we think it’s overrated because we’re not on pharmaceutical brands like phizer? Is that what’s noticeably different? The quality. Or is our dosage to low. I know the more I took the more I felt. 10 iu at a time for blood tests. it would make me hungry and sleepy . Take the dang best catnap after eating. I’m mean you would think if it’s real hgh wouldn’t matter where it came from cause it’s either 191 or not. the higher the price the better it seems to do. I did bloods on a lot of generic brands years ago and the generics raised my levels but not as much as the higher quality. A always wanted to try Lilly, or phizer.
Next question is ipamn. And the other peptides. Just as efficient if not more than generic hgh. If you get your body to release it. You know it’s real. The best feel I done recently was the quantropin. Decent price good results. I could tell if I took it or not.
 
Thanks for the explanation boss. I never partook in. It. it doesn’t sound like it’s for me. I’m already in heat and hell to stay hydrated not to mention bp meds a diuretic kinda sounds like insulin. When used right no issues but if you do have an issue it’s usually not very friendly. Moderation is key. Oh and the penile injection logs, that was me. I tried, then I cried. Stabbing the shaft of you penis with a slin pin doesn’t sound that bad. Till it’s every day and its so tender to touch. It very hard to willingly stab your penis. I had to throw it like darts. And in the head hell no ain’t nobody got time for that
 
Diet is on point. Actually, I’m not sure I’m eating often enough

Breakfast is oats and 3 eggs at 6am
Then I don’t normally eat again until after work. That Texas sun is really unforgiving and I shut down if I eat so I wait till I get to the house
Dinner is a couple chicken breasts, green veggies,
And an avocado.
Dinner protein is fish, deer, chicken , or steak
 
Post your full day. From waking up what time, what time you eat, how many grams of oats, type of oats, etc. Diet is as not as simple as you stated there. When do you sleep, activity level during which hours etc. Much would depend on how fast you want to drop, what adjustments you need to make during the day etc.
 
Darn brother you got to eat something during the day. I understand the heat. Texas was hot for me too for sure. Maybe find something you can tolerate during the day during work.

I don’t think so.

Our bodies are amazing machines brother. If we don’t give them enough premium fuel to run on, it’ll start storing fuel as fat.

Also, our bodies are made to be efficient… the same cardio over and over will lead to adaptation. The body will figure out how to do it while conserving calories. Best to mix it up.
