I would say track everything you put into your body for a week. Eat normal. Track everything you eat and drink calories and macros.

If you’re guessing your diet is in check, its usually not.
 
Truth… I’m the bad turned good example and have the a1c labs for years to prove it.
 
I don’t k ow the answer to that? I’ve never used pharma grade either. But using all the others oneQ included my levels were up but never looked or felt different. I’ve tried some of the peptides aslo and same, overrated
 
I’ve used high clen high t3. I think 120/150 and did drastic changes. But I also was high at same time. The fact heart didn’t blow is amazing to be honest. I just use clen at 120 for 5 on 2 of for a month if I’m going that roughy here going forward I’m using hgh but don’t j ow how much it’s helps.
 
One poops good. if your pooping 2-3 times a day I would say your eating too much. It’s the quality of the food that makes difference. Raw or steamed veggies. No preservatives, no additives. Look on back if you can’t pronounce it, don’t eat it.most of that stuff is or has a type if sugar. If it goes in your mouth write it down. You may have calorie creep. Incorrect macros. Lots of things only way to know is to keep a log. Pick a starting point, see what it does. Then adjust as needed. It only takes a couple of hundred calories to put you from a deficit to surplus. Another thing would be to check to see if your insulin resistant. Hard to Loose fat like that

and watch your sauces and creams. Even ketchup. Alot of calories in most things. Any butter or oils you cooked with in the pan also. Early in my relationship with my wife she was supposedly making me some “healthy” meals. I started gaining fat like crazy. I thought maybe I crashed my thryoid or fucked something up. I got bloods and everything was fine. Then I started watching her cook… adding all sorts of oils and shit into the cooking. I asked her what the hell she was doing and said shes following the recipe from her cookbook on healthy meals. I looked at the book and instantly saw the back and nope. Fat cook. Has no idea herself what healthy is and then I saw some of her outrageous recipes. She never included the oils and stick of fucking butter in everything into the calorie counts. After that I had to teach my wife the proper things and what to look for and buy. Mainly I cook for myself with exception of a few things.
