I’m still kind of torn and confused on whether or not I want to run Metformin or not. For sure going to do the Telmisartan, and I know the positive lifelong impacts of Metformin, but…
I think the pro’s out weigh the cons. Especially for mitochondrial health and replication. You know all the good stuff. I would say see how your sugar is on micardis and see.
Yeah, I was going to gauge fasting levels on Micardis first after seeing yours and go from there. If it’s WNL, then I’ll probably shoot for an ER at 1,000/day, but start with 500/day.
With my recent trips in and out of hospital and surgery center the past few months…I ran into a dude at the elevators that reminded me of something you said a while ago.
I remember you said you often wear oversized t-shirts to avoid any confrontation or conversation about “working out” etc.
Walking up to elevator he was standing there waiting… he was over 6 foot and wearing a baggy t-shirt and jeans. From a distance he looked like a regular guy kind of. He was a nice fella and we chatted for a bit…we let some folks go ahead of us with wheel chairs. Closer scrutiny I could see the dude was yoked. He had 20 inch arms and obviously was extremely large…in a good way… veiny and all. Nice guy obviously incognito.
I’m thinking if i was to guess was wearing a xxx. Like I said… real nice fella but it was obvious he was a big boy and flying under the radar. I’ve never seen him before.
