Flat bench machine 4x12-16
Incline bench machine 4x12-16
Pec dec fly 6x12-16
Single arm tricep ext 6x12-16
Cable lateral raise 6x12-16

Still keeping a healthy pace with the elbow. Some days it’s still sore. Some days it’s fine.

18min stair master.
 
I don’t know if it’s the shot or I’m really that bad but my heart rate has been elevating going up the stairs etc.

Time to make sure I’m still doing this in 30 years. Which involves cardio unfortunately.
 
Completely agree. It’s interesting. I used to not have a problem doing it a few times a week. I’ve gotten a little lazy and off track the last 5 years or so where as it’s a chore. I gotta get my mind right or put myself in the box. (Cool hand luke).

I think it’s mostly the vax. My wife who had phenomenal cardio, 40 bpm resting HR. has been bumping along in the 80s since the vax. Either way. It scared me and cardio is now on the menu.
 
I know. She’s done a ton of PT. it doesn’t hurt her any more just can’t run distance. Which now she’s putting on some good muscle without all that cardio.
