Completely agree. It’s interesting. I used to not have a problem doing it a few times a week. I’ve gotten a little lazy and off track the last 5 years or so where as it’s a chore. I gotta get my mind right or put myself in the box. (Cool hand luke).
I think it’s mostly the vax. My wife who had phenomenal cardio, 40 bpm resting HR. has been bumping along in the 80s since the vax. Either way. It scared me and cardio is now on the menu.
I know. She’s done a ton of PT. it doesn’t hurt her any more just can’t run distance. Which now she’s putting on some good muscle without all that cardio.
