I’m member of a couple of boards and have in the past been a member of a ton. Always looking to learn and help if I can.
36 year old male, been at this since I was 18.
Other than work, spending time with my family and gaming, being a gym rat is the only thing I really do.
I’m a low volume, high intensity, progressive overload guy.
Used mainly the DC 2 way split up until maybe a year ago I got Jordan Peters Training principles. I’ve been using the phase one 2 way split since then.
Currently in a recomp/fat loss phase. Weight is 220.
 
I’m from the forum generation lol. There’s not a lot of good forums left that are active. I was on meso but Millard booted a lot of good guys. The 2 I’m active on are ASF and intense muscle where I keep a training log.
 
Welcome…Stick around…in a couple weeks,I’d be curious what you think of this forum in comparison to your other ones,assuming your actually active of course…
