Hello,I’ve been following the forum for some time.It is time to introduce myself.25years old,5’14" and 240lbs.As the COVID,I want to start to train.Hope to know more about how to be a strong man.
Thank you!
Im guessing 5’4 240lbs that’s not a problem you just need to start off getting a solid diet together that is lower than the amount of maintenance calories that you need per day. Figure out your bmi and bf% there are lots of apps to help with that and if you have any specific questions let me know and everyone here is here to help.
Welcome. Very curious how tall you are. Either way if you’re new to training get your diet in order, and train for awhile before starting gear. New to training and immediately starting gear is a bunch of tendon ruptures waiting to happen.
