Hello there, somewhat new to these forums. I have been reading a lot prior to my first real post just to educate and gain some trust. I am 60 YO. I am somewhat fit. I train 2 hours a day evenly split between weights and cardio. I have had a few minor persistent injuries (joints/muscle) for years that I want to eliminate which is why I came here. I have been browsing around on multiple forums and finally found this place with a wealth of information. I also enjoy how candid y’all are with each other. I started pinning 2.5 weeks ago with NPP 2cc a week and Anavar 1 a day. I am already noticing some good minor results. I have considered starting HGH, but I am fairly intimidated so I plan to read and learn much more from here. Anyways, I am very grateful to be here, thanks.

Good morning sir. We are the same age.

“A handful of questions on HGH” is the title of the thread under “steroid cycles” that I started about a month ago.

I, like you, researched HGH on the web and ugm. This site had the best info by far.

My thread is basically some of the things i needed cleared up in my head.

I, personally, opted against HGH after weighing all the pros and cons. Nothing terrible, just a personal decision.

If you do find your way to my thread, you will see all of my questions were answered without hesitation or bias.

Thank you for the welcomes

@John,I am not on TRT The dumb in me took a leap of faith and started a cycle before I tested anything. It has been 30 years since I have done test or anything related. My true goals are fix minor injuries, lose a few % of fat and stay strong for water sports.
@Poppy, I have read your post thoroughly. I was totally sold on HGH but after reading your post as well as others I became somewhat hesitant. My GF is also interested in HGH and Anavar so she is waiting for me to make the first step. It is expensive for trial and error so I will keep reading until I have a playbook or like you opt against it.

I had to edit your post you can’t talk about what I erased. You can get banned for talking about that its not what we’re here for

Welcome to ugmuscle brother glad to have you around please read the rules so that when posting you know what you can and can’t talk about

Welcome brother! @John asked the question that I thought of immediately after reading your first post. I am fairly new to AAS I have learned a ton here. I am running NPP also but it is good to run it with a test base. I’m sure with all the reading you have been doing that you realize it is very important to do blood work before a cycle so you know what your base levels of everything are. This will help make determinations later in the cycle when you take blood tests. It’s not too late to go get bloods done.

no one here is going to berate you on your choices because ultimately it’s up to you.

Brother, I would highly recommend getting a full blood panel and consider TRT.

Not badgering at all…just curious…at 60yo, you don’t get regular bloodwork done maybe once or twice a year? Cholesterol, PSA, kidneys/liver function testosterone, A1c?

Welcome to the UGMuscle.

Bloodwork is key to knowing how your body is reacting to what you are doing to it.
At 60 I definitely would get bloodwork and see where your body is. And Testosterone alone I believe would be most beneficial to you.

Me personally on Anavar at 50mg per day. My shoulders and fingers were aching after the second week. Strength was up and great but the aching fingers made me stop.

Glad you found us. It’s a great site and tons of great people willing to help.
