Just get ripped. You know what your doing. Your strength will probably get better as you train for PL again then just bang as many umm ladies as you can. The right one will come along. She will straighten up you place, ask how you are, she will start getting a little motherly and let you do your thing.

So, I found doing rope crunches after my delt exercises to be a little extra beneficial. My first 2 sets doing abs I felt a great stretch in my delta. Lit them bitches on fire in a good way. After that the 3rd set on the sensation was gone and it was all ab burn from there . I'm definitely going to start throwing ABS in after my shoulders on shoulder day now.
