4 plates with a 2 count eccentric a 1 count hold at bottom 1 count concentric with zero at top. Last rep of every set was pause in the hole for a 3 count and a 3 count pause about half way up.
4 sets of those.
Extreme close stance leaning forward for quad focused reps.
3 plates pumping at pretty good clip for 12-20 reps. About 1-2 reps shy of failure. 3 sets of those.
I’ve been in gym time economy mode for several years now. Trying to get the most bang per time.

Dead bench with cambered American bar with doubled up red bands. Sets of 3 with hand release at every rep. 5 or 6 sets. Lost count. Forgot how tight the red bands are.
