Medium stance

12 rep ascending warmups.

4 plates with a 2 count eccentric a 1 count hold at bottom 1 count concentric with zero at top. Last rep of every set was pause in the hole for a 3 count and a 3 count pause about half way up.
4 sets of those.

Extreme close stance leaning forward for quad focused reps.

3 plates pumping at pretty good clip for 12-20 reps. About 1-2 reps shy of failure. 3 sets of those.
 
Trying brother trying.

I’ve been in gym time economy mode for several years now. Trying to get the most bang per time.

#1 I’m lazy
#2 I’m old and just can’t physically handle the volume and/or heavier weights anymore.
#3 see #1
#4 I want to do this for a long time.
#5 I have a million other things I have to do and I count that as active.
#6 getting hurt just sucks and at my age I dont have anymore “aw crap I shouldn’t have done that” left.
#7 I like watching y’all do good. That’s good to me.

Heavy bag 30 seconds on 30 off… 8 minutes worth.
Circuit of abs body squats oh press with slosh pipe then short walk. X 4.
 
Squats for first time in two weeks other than body squats in between other sets for rehab.

Light weight belt squats sets of 12 up n down nothing crazy.

Abs neck walk.

Todays macros so far.
