My diet was weird. My sister and hubby have a genuine mansion with a walkout lower level (basement). It’s a whole living area with kitchen and bath. We were able to prepare breakfast and snacks there.

I maintained my protein and carbs at about 130@day. Fat was minimal.
 
Belt squats

4 plates 4x12 with abs in between. Nuttn fancy or exotic.

Calves, heavy bag for 4 mins (through a zz top song) 10 min moderate/brisk walk
 
For me it relieves the pain I have in my hands, especially thumbs. I put my pointers on the very inboard of the grips and my thumbs off the grips on the inboard side around the bar. The grips are aligned with the smooth part of bar.

My hands are fubar…my thumbs (the only thing that keeps me in the higher order of the phylum) are the worst.

Pull downs x bunch rows x bunch shrugs x bunch some biceps

Actually after closer examination of my big head…I think I might have a “pack of hotdogs” under my hair…hmmmm shaving my head would put them on display for everyone’s viewing enjoyment.

Combover or shaved head…decisions decisions
 
30 seconds heavy bag 30 seconds treadmill at 3 mph 12 weighted crunches. 15 seconds between each round…8 rounds. 5 minute brisk walk
 
Single leg rear foot elevated meadows squats plus banded pull throughs plus calves plus abs. 12 reps each in a giant set. Appropriate rest maybe 90 seconds for 4 sets.

If you read @NeuroRN log you’ll see how you can do single leg stuff quad or glute dominant. I kept mine pretty neutral today.
