Todays belt squats and a sneak peak at quads… @NeuroRN they’re not the finished product…still loading.

Set of 20 with 4 plates strip set of 5 reps per chain then immediately 20 more with plates. Legs are smoked.

Looking good sir. Have you ever had issues with BP or are you just monitoring it? I am thinking of dropping my TRT dose down from 250 to 200 and pinning it sub Q. I read it increases total T and reduces Hemocrit issues. I just dread trying to get the damn T into an insulin syringe.

No bp issues BUT it was starting to creep up a bit. I’ve pretty much been kind of obsessed with it.

I’ve read the same thing about subq. I’ve tried it and didn’t notice anything real big/game changing. But I didn’t do it long. Maybe a couple weeks. With no labs to support either way.
 
Get your tap water as hot as it will get then put your test in it for a few minutes. Then use a 29 gauge insulin half inch syringe takes a few moments but way better then drawing it at room temp
 
For those that give a crap…my avatar was at 50 years old so the latest pic is right at 10 years later.

It’s pretty close. I’m not a pro but you want to squeeze them then open lean back a bit try and keep shoulders wide. I’d put the hand a little Garth back on waist
