Abs are coming back slowly but surely…

For those thinking on taking glutathione shots. You can see a little bump on the lower left of my abs. That was about .6 ml this morning a couple of hours prior to this pic. It’s about gone now.
 
Enviously lean, my friend! What do you weigh these days? I’m guessing 200 on the dot.

This may sound silly but spring time yard work and outside projects in shorts without a shirt burns lots of fat and gets some sunshine on me. In about a month I’ll have to start wearing my wide brimmed hat limiting sun exposure to avoid “barnacles” growing on the old hull.

For some reason staying busy outside keeps my appetite down all day where as I can just snack on small sensible things. Supper after a shower is another thing….kind of big but “sensible”.

Been using tanning bed to get my rays although yesteray I was outside watching the trees move from wind and my brain haha. Got new batching psys to try and well my scale was off so a when a mg makes a big difference I went from a small test dose to shit I’m full on trip for 8 hours

Nice definition under that fur. I can’t do a lat spread for shit either. Guys make it look so easy. But you definitely have a nice v shape going on there. Especially as most fellas your age have a bowling pin shape. Or a bean pole shape. Keep it up there big guy.

Doing a good job Your legs aren’t as hairy as the rest of you. I have to say you need to work on that. 🤣😂
 
Feeling dangerous today!

Haven’t done a true straight bar bench anything since maybe February or so…close grip 225 x 8. Probably had 10 more reps but shut it down just cuz… no more aww craps. Went 185 cg bench for a couple dozen.

@NeuroRN look at this bp after one heck of a training session.
