Powerlifting log 1 day out from comp

Today i got some bulk supplements ordered 1kg of cirtulline, betaine, agmatine sulfate, and dynamine. To make my own preworkout mostly just for pumps. I took 10g citrulline malate 2:1, 4g betaine, 2g agmatine, 250mg dynamine, and 200mg caffeine. Did some convetional deadlift, as my hips have been bothering me, i just wanted to do 455 for some quick reps and it suprised me how well it felt, but i didn’t push hard. DId 455lb f or 3x3.

Then some rdls and hamstring curl. Also 100mg TNE pwo. Time to go eat some rice and steak. Also the HGH has my left hand numb a lot, but not enough for me to back off the dose.
 
Once you make your own pwo you never will buy the pre mixed shit. Also I’ve been off hgh for about 3 weeks now and my grip feels really strong again so you might want to cut it out before the comp. would hate to miss a lift from lack of grip due to hgh use

Yep it’s amazing I’m hoping to pull 600 for 5 tomorrow no straps did three last week and knew I had two more May do a strapless max next week just to see what I could pull in comp I’ve done 7 with

I did a AMRAP at 315 on bench yesterday for 10 reps that was fun, then did 405 with slingshot for 5. Bench has been great for me recently, adding tren A in at 50mg x6 days a week for 300mg total, next week. And dropping hgh as it has affected my grip strength a lot. I will just use it on a cruise after comp, I believe.

I think it’s good od foroffaeason strength building when you can use straps but like I said I can damn near pull what I was with straps with out now that i dropped it.
 
Well some bad news i injuried my pec bench pressing yesterday, i thought i tore it at first, as it felt like a rubber band snapped in my chest. But i didn’t get any bruising and the pain wasn’t too bad. I iced it and had my girlfriend massage it for 1 hour after my workout.

BPC-157 and increased by hgh dose to hopefully heal it. I was bench pressing and everything felt super light, i was doing 375lb for 3x3 with a slight pause, and on the last rep of the 3rd set i hurt my left pec.

Hoping it can heal well enough to bench press 405 in comp. going to physical therpay on thursday.

Holy shit brother that sucks but if it snapped you might want to get a scan but if it feels alright and isn’t bruised its usually good. Really lucky I hope that you didn’t catch an injury and it always happens at the worst time.
 
I am lucky then, when i was pressing i had a spotter but he was small and couldn’t help me probably. I set up the guard rails on the bench press i was using, i usually dont set them, and i sure am glad i did. I will use them every time from now on.
