I’ll take a pic of the literature, kind of odd, want swelling, yet gave me a cryo-cuff to wear with the machine that circulates cold water.

Post op with the surgeon today, he removed what was left of the bandages. I have 8 holes in my shoulder. I needed 3 anchors(1 hole each) for the size of the RC tear with the additional, normal 4 for typical RC surgery and 1 additional for the labrum/biceps tenedosis. Lucky me.

Started one arm training today. Set up the landmine in my rack for stability doing one arm bench and OH pressing. The rest was cables and bands. I must admit, the one arm pump is pretty ridiculous. There’s a good article about cross education and the benefit of training the good side, but, I can’t post a link. @Kicksave when are you going under the knife?

I believe you’re doing ot exactly right. I haven’t seen one negative study about training the healthy side. All positive.

@Bumpygooch as of today I am going in 2/2/21. Fingers Crossed
My insurance resets 1/31
I have my blood work this week. My only possible setback is that I am on antibiotics for a potentially infected broken molar crown. Christ I hate tooth pain. I’m on amoxicillin 3 times a day for another 2 days. If I do have an infection may have the fucking tooth ripped out and deal with an implant at a later date. I didn’t realize that if there’s an infection in your body the surgery has to get postponed. One thing after another. I haven’t laced the skates up in 4 months. I was going to goaltend again this year. guess not. I haven’t worked out in almost a year. I need my shoulder fixed. This getting old shit sure puts it all in perspective
I was going to donate blood before surgery, however I might wait on that. As I usually donate every 2 months.
last donation was
Cholesterol was 206
Hemoglobin 16.3
sys bp 147
dias bp 77
pulse 79

Right now my supplemental routine is pretty much:
2 iu’s of gh daily (started back last week)
150 iu test c 250 with annastrozzle weekly
60 iu of hcg weekly
70 iu MIC with L-Carnitine weekly
20 mg of Cialis is pretty much every other day so I can bring the aluminum bat to the whiffle ball game (gentlemen’s secret)
I am wondering when I should start my other supplements.

on a good note. The power recliner arrives on Friday from living places. Its called the Waylan. I was sold just by the name.

Good Times in Frisco

ps… I’m glad I found this place

Need to get that BP down, bro, 40mg telmisartsn, has many off label benefits as well. Are you going to run any nandrolone or oxandrolone? If the former, I suggest firing it up about a week(for NPP, a month for deca)prior to get your levels up.

Blood work tomorrow quest.
I think my BP was up that day I gave blood as I had taken Test that morning.
Ill check into telmisartin. I’ll start deca tomorrow after blood. NPP, Anavar and BPC I’ll start on monday. @Bumpygooch I am going to follow yours and @NeuroRN recs on this recovery protocol.

Quest Pre Surgery/ Annual Blood work is back…

HEMOGLOBIN 17.3
HEMATOCRIT 51.2
CHOLESTEROL 216

NON HDL CHOLESTEROL 164
GLUCOSE 134
AST 54
ALT 77

LMAO that’s so strange I’m literally @ the orthopedic doctor now! Having my shoulders looked at! We where moving in to our new house, when I was bringing the fridge up the stairs the stairs collapsed I fell then the fridge fell on top of me,. LoL it was so fucking bad! It was at night and it was pouring rain! So ever since the shoulder has been hurting the fucked up part is just getting back to normal from shoulder surgery I had a year ago… WTF
Best advice I can give is stay the course keep lifting movement is key I was back in the gym in like a month after surgery. With minimal muscle loss. 👍

yes its too high. that’s why I give blood to thin it out. when I was using helix as an TRT service they were always checking my hemoglobin. I cancelled that service 7 months ago. I forget what was acceptable to them. I should probably get an apples to apples test from quest to see just how fucked I am and do the reset.
As far as glucose I don’t know what’s up with that. I was on 500mg of extra strength tylenol and amoxicillin 3 times a day for 4 days prior to the blood draw. And I had taken it maybe 90 minutes prior to the visit. Not sure if that has anything to do with anything. My Primary asked if I had fasted 8 hours earlier, which I had.
