No insulin pre-work out anymore, I’ve had this issue in the past whenever I take insulin pre workout I’ll start dragging ass mid work out I noticed slightly yesterday.
500am - Chest Tris
3 x incline bench
3 x incline cable fly
3 x machine fly
3 x decline dumbbell
3 x over head rope extension
3 x kettle ball skull crushers ( thanks @PHD for this tip)
3 x kickbacks
3 x weighted dips
Intra shake (50g carbs bcaa)
15iu insulin immediately post workout

830- meal 2
Inject 1ml Test E 250mg
900am- head to work for 13hr shift SMH (3-4 meals)
Around 7pm will take 3iu GH

Also would like to mention this is only day 2 on @SRx dbol at 50mg and already getting nice pumps and am looking nice and full

Really gotta keep your estro and prolactin in check cause shit can go bad quick if your not on top of your AI and what not. Main reason I have Tren in there is to use my carb intake to full potential. My carb intake is pretty high some days. Also Tren will give you a more finished look especially when I’m in Deca, I tend to get really watery on Deca so the Tren should keep that in check, idk we’ll see.
 
I pretty much run T4 anytime I’m on GH. 100mcg of t4 is actually a pretty low dose only around 25% will convert to T3. Now when I’m in the midst of a serious cut I’ll do a T3/T4 combo something like 200mcg T4 and 50mcg T3. Gotta be careful using synthetic thyroid meds cause you can very well need them for life if used for long periods of time. Also to much T3 will leave you looking flat and stringy as hell, horrible look
 
I was asking because a lot of people like to run t3 with tren because tren suppresses natural t3 levels. Was wondering if that was the same reason you were running it
