T4 is from @AIPCTshop, dirt cheap on there site. Right now it’s just T4 if I added the T3 I feel like there would more thermogenic effect, and right now I’m trying to pack on mass, but come spring summer I do a combo of T3/T4, just gotta watch to much T3 will leave you looking flat unfortunately

Next week I will update weight and bf, I try to stay of the scale as much as possible cause it can be a real mind fuck. Aromasin I’ll start at 10mg EOD and see how I feel chances are I’m prolly most definitely need to go to at least 10mg ED, we’ll see though

Avg. Calorie intake is sitting right around 4600 and feeling great.
These 3ml pins are smooth as butter zero pip whatsoever. No after day soreness or anything.
Really starting to fill out nicely from the dbol, crazy even sometimes painfull pumps. I have to say I feel like it’s all starting to come together , appetite is way up, I’ll admit though I’ve been slacking a little on my water intake, sometimes middle of the night I cramp up slightly. So starting tomorrow I’m upping my water intake.
Depending how I feel tomorrow I might take the day off , we’ll see at 330 am. My meters have yet to come in thanks Amazon, bp I feel is in normal range. Sleep has been great. Mood is on the up, noticing slight aggression through out the day but nothing crazy. Also I’m feeling way better during workout after changing my slin protocol to only post workout and not pre and post. I’m working in getting Humolog, it’s faster acting over the Novolin R.

For this cycle I’m really going to focus on legs , I feel like they have potential to grow easily. On another note I think I’m going to change my routine up a bit. I have a bad tendancy of training hard 6 days a week and this will not yeild gains , body needs rest to grow , I’m looking at 4-3 split. If you guys have any suggestions I would love to hear em on this type of split. On days off I will do light cardio just to keep thing tight , nothing crazy maybe a bike or stair climber 20 mins 🤷

Yup but I only take just 5iu in the morning to get me outta catabolic state. Bro your gonna LOVE the MTREN2!! Holy shit is all I can say man, all you need is 1/2 ml and hold on lol. Gonna update my log shortly bro.
