I’ve disappeared for s bit but still here. Just been taking @Raphael3636 advice on shredding body fat. It’s a slow daunting process of cardio and living in a caloric deficit but I’m doing it. Still alive and well. Much love
Thanks everyone that has responded and I believe @John you offered advice as well and I agree…fuck cardio but unfortunately its necessary. I pretty much just went back to the basics of basic training. It’s working and I threw intermittent fasting on top of the caloric deficit. I’ll forever support this community
@woodwalker1889 it is tough at first but after two weeks of adaptation it isnt all that bad. I just really eat alot of lean meat and very little carbs. The only carbs I injest is the 1/2 cup of oats before my workout just for the energy
