Been using it and am already at 186g protein and only 1900 calories lol. Still have dinner to eat but it will put me at over 200g protein and barely scraping 2500 calories. Not sure if that is a good thing or not but with my current weight 2500 is a deficit just not sure how much. I would like to continue making strength gains but we will see how that range works for me. I’m also fucking hungry still
Gotta calculate your cals burned also. Cardio etc. carb intake…fat intake etc.
Depends on your goals also. If you were following @Dirtnasty log you could see he was on something like 5000 cals a day without dedicated cardio. That’s how he got massive. He’s dedicated so his cut is going to be impressive.

Like I have bulked up enough and have hit a goal of mine so I feel like I should cut up a bit. I can test out 2500 calories a day and see how it works for me. Yeah 5k calories is quite a lot…he is a big dude so I could imagine he needs to be at a much higher calorie count than me to be in a surplus. I can check the scale once a week or once every two weeks and see where I’m at and if I need to adjust the calories.
Its a good thing if you plan on cutting brother you want to add mass so as you see you gotta up your intake. Protein 200-400g 200 is bare minimum and this only counts real protein not powder. You will want to up your cals and carbs possibly to bulk up im glad that you did this experiment
Cutting is in a deficit in cals but macros you still want protein.
I believe that you should bulk you don’t have to dirty bulk but running test and not feeding it is not going to turn out well brother im just trying to let you know that your going to shutdown to then pct and in the end you won’t have mass left and fat will fill the gap because at this point you have lower testosterone levels. I just don’t want to see anyone hurting themselves or not getting the most out of messing with their hormones.
Felt pretty weak in the gym today so dropped the low rep range and went for high reps low weight and slashed the workout in half. Get some extra rest in since I keep sleeping like shit. Get that CPAP today so hopefully I can get some more quality sleep in. Got a referral to have a CT scan done on my sinuses. Doc said it could be a deviated septum so we will see.
My estrogen results came in today. Came back in normal range at 95 and the reference range is 40-115. That was also after taking 6 weeks of dbol so it appears I have found the AI that works for me.
