You want muscle not fat trust haha. Now lifts today goig well so far. Gofinto try and tweak the feet placement on bench just tryingto have all bases covered in case it does lift off at meet we can use the other stance and still get big numbers
Other than dead lifts I used straps so my grip isn’t limiting factor. And with work sundays is best day to do it they are rested up from work week then I have 3 days of recovery other work ahit for Wednesday session
