Well I decided to get the full 8 weeks in since meet is on Saturday i pinned my first shot of tren today. I’m now officially known as the sweatiest man in th e world
I told coach with my movity getting better i May mess with flat shoes in off-season too late to switch now but if I can get depth without lifting shoes I feel I can generate more power with the dead lift shoes or barefoot
I’m no expert and I wasn’t very good at any of it but I think you look in the groove except for that little butt pop on the bench. You look strong and fast.
My inseam is nothing with short legs. To solve by butt pop i just extended my legs out pretty far and pushed real hard to drive my traps into the bench. It locked me in pretty good…to the point of putting a lot of stress on my lower back. Painful at times.
With help coming to shift I’ve started doig grip training on sundays again. Was able to do a few 10 cr holds witb 200lb grips and got those finger spreader things at level 1 doing sets fi 30
