500x4.5 5 if you count my unrack. Triceps died on fifth rep 440x5x3
Ohp 235x7x3
Incline 260x12x3
Rope push down 70x15x3
Ss db front raise fp 20/50x20x3

I told coach that it maybe time to switch from jms to a pin press for tricep heavy movement. Juat get more into fighting through the lockout if we had a good set up for bands that would be nice
 
I trained with bands and chains a substantial amount of time and my lockouts were always strong. Didn’t feel like it but the videos always showed way stronger than they felt.
 
Agreed. Bands are grueling and relentless.

Hopefully the pin presses mimics having to push through. It’s all about finishing. Just did my bp. So it was 122/74 not bad for being on 800mg test 350 ment and 1050 tren
 
So didn’t feel like pause squats today and squat racks are taken sign from the powerlifting
gods. Move on or wait I’ll wait
 
Yeah they are super low bench’s but we still continue to try and work on it. The ts almost impossible to do any leg drive and not have my knees above my hips with these benches
