Not necessary his ish auto immune disease. The stress from going heavier so quickly and tren probably didn’t help. Joints are killing mr and sores in areas you don’t want sirens is give away for me
 
Well feeling about 80 today joints aren’t aching I did covid test juat to be sure as they say it’s ramping up again and there are lot of hospital workers at the gym. That was negative. I do have a pic of sore
That I can post here the others well I’m

They bubble up like that then become an ulcer liek thing. Should be back in gym tomorrow

Not quit 100 but we’ll probably be close tomorrow ky joints aren’t hurting anymore liek they were if I can salvage three out of five days thisnweeek I’ll take it
 
5 day today. I would have thought maybe it was culprit but I started to feel a little fatigue Saturday. Had trouble goignto gym for that workout and my shoulders were getting really achy doing squats
 
Hard to tell if the it’s usually about 2 days of just horrible fatigue I feel I started coming back half day earlier if I can lift heavy tomorrow I’ll know or not
 
Goig to try and do some lifting today if I can push heavy great if not I’ll still get sowmthing in
 
Forgot cycle update starting Monday I’ll be doing igflr3 in morning pwo 400 mcg a day it replaces 2 iu of gh. Also I’m using bpc 157 at 250 twice a day and will be adding tb500 1mg twice a week. I. 5 weeks out I’m gojg to run halo at 20mg a day for two weeks then switch to abombs for last wo weeks. I’m going full crazy. Labs will be drawn Monday of comp week to see
What kind of damage all this shot has done to me. My guess is liver will be high side of non elevated or low side of elevated and kidney will be the worse of it

Yeah…I’d say that’s getting the work in… and then some.

Pause squats 555x2 475x2x5
Leg ext leg curl ss 190/180 5x12
Tempo back extensions 3-0-0 45pounds 5x10
Hammer curls 40 5x12 first curls in about 1.5 months noth sure how my arms will hold up
 
Todays bp 128/74 today when I was doing back ext i almost went down after last set. Dropped weight then took feet out stood up and a wah wah workd I went. I stood there for a minutes oiek I took hit of nitrous and was damn close to dropping
