I was hoping it wasn’t some crazy tempo and whatnot. I have to do RDLs fairly slow and controlled and keep my lower back in check, which keeps me from going heavy, but I still get a good stretch and whatnot with the medium weight.
I go heavy as fuck when I can carry over is great. My lock out is so much mmvetter when I do heavy rdls. Also I know hip thrust are best for hypertrophy but again I feel like they carry over to lockout real well. No gym

Nope!! I love them, because of the gains you get in size in your hamstrings & ass…But I hate them, because I can’t stand the lower back pump I get, or the holding on even with my wrist wraps.
Haven’t looked back, so I didn’t know you were running Tren now. The small sleep increments and the extra sweating while trying to sleep are so fricken annoying.

I tried to progress up weight on machine but the 5’s fell off one side
Dreamed of squating in my little bit of sleep. Actually the past 3 days it’s not been bad. Was 308.4 today so at weight and I maybe this will let me get belt one notch tighter. I’m in inbetween zone on that thing
Did I go down and stand back up with 715 today yes. Woudl it count in meet no I took steps back soemthing I’ve never down before. I may look into getting replacement for bar as the bend it has and whip the s more than it should be
