Lifts today
Squat 685x1 so much whip still think I’m not getting back tight on it 635x1 and 595x3 was supposed to do three sets of that but the pain in arms just won’t let me. Wit seems getting a tight back then leads to pain in arms so I’m in a no win situation right now. We are going to try pinky under the bar to see if that helps.

It’s nice to be able to come in gym no energy or even carrying and juat do 460 for tempo bench
 
Fuck I wish I better gym option they took both my bar and deadlift bar off floor now I got to hope that a perosn has the key to room to get bar when I’m squatting using stiff bar for dead’s today
 
Did the remove your power lifting bars to keep guys from lifting heavy ant grunting making the woke pussy bitches feel uncomfortable?
