Scheduled day off I swear I feel more tired when I get more sleep. Good news of day the other big bencher at gym got a spot in meet so I’ll likely have a guy for lift off if I choose to go that route. We will likely be back to back on lift

Machine press 4pps x9x3 added rep as I can’t go up weight without I’ll try the seated machine next week just to see if I can find something a little harder

Tricep rope 85x12x3
Ss front raise face pull 30/60x15x3
Pump today was killer im so full of water right now it’s like all of it went to chest and shoulders
During workout and legs started cramping at end
I feel like I could do more. But I always do. I could have to army crawl out of gym and I would think I went to light on one of my sets or I racked it one shy of what I should have.
They bar is goign everywhere man I may as well be using that typhoon or what ever it’s called with all the whip haha. But good news is strength is there though
