Love that 7 plates is now just something I do regularly on squats. It. Feel good on back it’s very possible I do 8 plates in 2 weeks depending on programming

Yiyr liver will hate it haha. I feel I like sd better but the strength is def going up with halo. I just feel super tight all the time I can see why bb use it as finisher. I feel like my muscles are just got denser ans not really pumped but like they feel hard as fhcn
