Skipped single arm tricep pulldown and face pull do to bicep tendon and forearms hurting so much
Surprisingly the jms didn’t feel bad but man i maybe in line for bpc and tb500 soon for tendonitis
Scale said 310 this morning I took my ai today so let’s see what tomorrow brings. I figure I can get up to about 312 non bloated and the tren will get me back down below weight whe inadd it in. I usually loose about 6 pounds in the first four weeks just by burning some fat

Now I’m at work and my left front felt feels funny. Hopefully just a little tight and bench isn’t affected tomorrow. Have I mentioned I get 5 days off of work starting tomorrow
