I guess it kind of is morning less than two hours to go. Wish I would have been Warned befor I woke up and had my breakfast at 9:30 thay I wasn’t coming in till 5. Luckily off day at gym tomoorw so I’ll just sleep till I wake naturally
The incline was very humbling as when I’m fresh I’m hitting high 300’s for 8. I know one thing I’m def geting more volume in the compounds than I would normally do for myself but I feel like it’s helping
