All steroids including test shuts down endogenous production and makes your testicles shrink. There has been studies that say this can compromise sperm count but it varies person to person. If your on cycle for a long time (multiple years) and you want to have kids, cant hurt to get checked. Never heard of any birth defects or anything like that though.
