Workout fasted or on food

What’s up my brothers, do you guys prefer to eat a meal prior to working out or do you go fasted? I personally like to work out in the am fasted with just some sort of caffeine. Eating preworkout seems to hinder and slow me down. What are your thoughts?
 
I like fasted if I am doing early morning circuit training. Couple cups coffee of course. I love a small meal with a mix of medium to high glycemic crabs about 30 minutes ish preworkout. And a bottle of water with Liquid IV That’s for bigger workouts
