My cpap was adjusted for me according to sleep study. It’s been over 5 years now. Probably need to see if I can get an auto adjustment or go through the sleep study rigamarole
 
So I usually eat small meals for a pre-workout because big meals made me feel sluggish in the gym. Well guess what ?I'm feeling that way now and I'm hungry while I'm working out. So I take it my body is used to that and I'm going to eat a standard size meal now as I pre-workout. Then go hit them legs baby! See how I feel..
You could also just add some fast acting carbs close to the workout. I just eat a regular meal two hours before then eat right after and every two hours from there.

If that'll keep my belly full. I get what you're going for energy though... Plus I'm bulking so I'm pretty sure I need the extras... I heard fast acting carbs are specially great post-workout
 
Day 21 Legs

Did about 3 minutes on the bike to warm up my joints and stuff

Dumbbell walking lunges X3
Squats. FAIL HAD SENSATION IN THE TENDON AREA RIGHT HIP FRONT NOTHING SERIOUS BUT I'M NOT PLAYING WITH IT. ALSO NOTICED IT ON THE LUNGES BUT MORE SO ON THE SQUATS
Leg extensions X4
Seated leg curls X4/5?
Romanian deadlifts X4
 
So the problem I got right now is I've been dealing with these shoes from day one. I thought I could work them out or was just temporary but my left Arch feels like it's riding on the upside of the inside of the shoe feels all funky like my ankles about to twist all kinds of stupid shit. Just poor craftsmanship cuz over the 41 years I've worn shoes I've never had this issue. I definitely need to get that CPAP and a new pair of fucking shoes ASAP. Definitely been awkward wearing them... Plus I specifically bought them for gym use only and I'm not going to wear my good shoes or my work shoes... The pieces of shits that I bought are under armor

14 oz of food here. Not really feeling it feeling it as of now. Just dealing with bad people. So I thought I'd come here just to share a picture of my food because since I've been doing this log for the past 21 days it's really been making me happy. Happy now? Nah. But y'all my Dawgs and I'll post mild sentimental shit here B4 any social media. With that being said nothing to talk about. Just one of those nights. The Leg workout today was great. A bigger meal is definitely needed for me for pre-workout. And I'm perfectly fine with doing that as I need all the extra I can get. Going to go back through my log and see what I'm going to hit tomorrow for day 22. Maybe with this CPAP machine we can say this competition is in the bag uh fellas? See, I still got a lil sense of humor ..... Two tears in a bucket... Fuck it ...

The machines handles are a little twisted I used it because I had no choice everything was taken up and hopped off immediately when something was free so

I thought I did something else for the front but apparently not. Don't know if I want to count the machine but whatever. So anyways the way the handles are I can really feel a bunch of fiber pulling on my chest it's not uncomfortable but my rights not getting that same attention. The dumbbell press felt normal on both sides perfect great. I need to tell somebody to fix that handle.

Carb powder and juice is your friend on a bulk.
Im already on the juice...🤣...... What kind of juice do you like and why? Also preferred carb ingredient? I see a couple different ones out there...dextrose???maltodextrin? What have you.

I use now sports orange jug off Amazon. It’s pretty cheap cost per serving for carb powder.

I use orange juice, but that’s only because most other juices have some form of apple juice in it and I’m deathly allergic to apples.

I would just add 8-16oz to drink with a meal. Super easy carbs.

Dates are an excellent bulking carb. 6-7 dates is 30g of carbs and it will barely spike glucose. 18 tiny little dates and 90g of carbs? Vs two bagels? Gimme the dates and save my gut.

Now is a great brand. I used to use their waxey maze powder in juice. Stupid beetes… no xtra carbs for me anymore.

I prefer DIET crancherry/crangrape/cranberry juice. Helps flush kidneys out.
