I know your Doug. Bro split so only one day a week but I like to have heavy day and then light day for my lifts each week less volume on each day so it’s easier to recover and I’m hitting both ways of stimulus
Decided to go high volume today three plates felt good on the leg press for 20 reps except the last set I put on five plates for 13. All reps all exercises 17 to 20 reps.
Leg press 2/3 warm-ups
Leg press X6
Squats X4
Leg extensions X5
Seated leg curls X5
Dumbbells Romanian deadlifts X4

Hi guys. I'm going to keep it simple today. I have some discomfort in my right arm from doing this slab work and I don't think deadlifts or any kind of movements on the weights with my arms would be beneficial.. I'm going to concentrate on heavy leg press heavy squats and finish it out with super setting leg extensions and seeded leg curls. We'll update later tonight
