Today was day #4 on the 18/6 intermittent fasting. I trained back at the 17 hour fasted mark. I’ve decided to go back to training one muscle group per day because I won’t be able to do long sessions while fasted. Surprisingly, I was stronger than ever on my first back exercise which was old school tbar rows with a barbell. 90 minutes preworkout I took 50mg Anadrol, 50mg turinabol, and 20mg Cialis.
On my second exercise my strength was good but endurance was fading which caused me to rest longer in between sets.
- 4 sets Tbar rows with 3 - 45Lb plates for 20-21 reps.
- 4 sets of cable rows with 180Lbs for 15-17 reps
- 3 sets of narrow grip pull downs with 165Lbs for 16-17 reps.
Post workout I had a banana, fish oil capsule, and 2 scoops whey protein, 2/3 cup oats, and water.
An hour and a half later I had a dozen egg whites, 2 cups basmati rice, peas, salsa/hot sauce.
I’ll have one more banana and protein shake, and a 1/2Lb extra lean ground Turkey breast with a nuked potato and peas with sugar free barbecue sauce and some hot sauce.
I spice everything with seasoning salt, regular salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
I drink a lot of water.
I felt great the entire time I was fasted.
I’m farting a lot less by having 2-3 less protein shakes.
I don’t feel tired until I break the fast, but so far it’s not nearly as bad as it was eating/drinking protein shakes every two hours.
