18/6 intermittent fasting

Holy crap!!! Nothing but water for 7 days? I would think you would cramp all over from lack of electrolytes. That takes seriously balls!!!
 
Since your contest I have been intermittent fasting for over a year to the day and I have lost 37 lb and my muscular aesthetic physique looks 75% better than what I did last year cuz I’m not at 100% I have tremendous amount of energy however the one thing that I do is I concentrate on drinking my water to allow my mental state to continue in a good thinking pattern which is needed throughout the day the goal is to reach Autophay
 
Yes sir nor do I applying different exercise techniques and discipline because believe me withbthe children who love pizza on a wendsday or the queen of the castle wanting to eat i plan myself accordingly and I do sacrifice eating bullshit for something more filling

Indi enjoy life but this is a lifestyle not just for the summer

Today was day #4 on the 18/6 intermittent fasting. I trained back at the 17 hour fasted mark. I’ve decided to go back to training one muscle group per day because I won’t be able to do long sessions while fasted. Surprisingly, I was stronger than ever on my first back exercise which was old school tbar rows with a barbell. 90 minutes preworkout I took 50mg Anadrol, 50mg turinabol, and 20mg Cialis.
On my second exercise my strength was good but endurance was fading which caused me to rest longer in between sets.
  • 4 sets Tbar rows with 3 - 45Lb plates for 20-21 reps.
  • 4 sets of cable rows with 180Lbs for 15-17 reps
  • 3 sets of narrow grip pull downs with 165Lbs for 16-17 reps.
Post workout I had a banana, fish oil capsule, and 2 scoops whey protein, 2/3 cup oats, and water.
An hour and a half later I had a dozen egg whites, 2 cups basmati rice, peas, salsa/hot sauce.
I’ll have one more banana and protein shake, and a 1/2Lb extra lean ground Turkey breast with a nuked potato and peas with sugar free barbecue sauce and some hot sauce.
I spice everything with seasoning salt, regular salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
I drink a lot of water.

I felt great the entire time I was fasted.
I’m farting a lot less by having 2-3 less protein shakes.
I don’t feel tired until I break the fast, but so far it’s not nearly as bad as it was eating/drinking protein shakes every two hours.
 
I might give this a try, I too feel tired and sick all the time. 1 question I do have is do you train in that 6 hour window? Me personally about 70% of my food intake is in a 4 hr window of my training session. Do you do the same with intermittent fasting?
 
You can train whenever you want but I like to get whey isolate in my body immediately post workout. Maybe I’m being paranoid. Guys in prison grow and they don’t eat all the time.
 
How do you check for food allergies? Can you do it online? I fear they’ll say I’m allergic to oats which is a main carb in my diet and has been for 30 years.
 
So I’m not the only one who feels sick and tired all the time. Bummer! 😦(
I feel great right now. I’m training chest and haven’t had food in 18 hours. My depression is gone. I’m actually happy and have hope which is rare. It makes me not want to have food.
 
You won’t be allergic to the oats per say but maybe they are not gluten free? You can do blood or saliva tests. I believe you can order online
 
Food sensitivity test and they also do allergy testing by poking you with a bunc of little needles with multiple things on the ends then they look at the pin sites and see what type of reaction happens.
