18/6 intermittent fasting

I couldn’t fall asleep for several hours. All those calories had me soaking the pillows and my heart was pounding haha 😆
It feels good to be fasted now. I’m 15 hours fasted right now. My left rear delt has been strained for a week but I’m thinking about going and doing a mellow delt workout with shrugs, lateral raises, bent laterals, calves and cardio. I did two pressing exercises for chest yesterday which is a lot of stress on my front delts so I’ll skip those. They felt strained for a couple weeks also but feel better this week. My delts are way over developed compared to my arms so it won’t hurt to back off them. I’ve had so many delt injuries over the years that I don’t want to go backwards in my training.

Tonight is the worlds best burgers and fries at this sports bar with my parents. That’ll be my last cheat until next Friday, I used to be strict about one cheat meal per week but I’ve decided it’s ok to live a little. 😀
I swear food is the last thing I want right now after last night’s pig out. If I thought I could fast until dinner and still grow I would.
You know what, I may try that.
What do you guys think?
Would that be ok to only have one meal after 23 hours of fasting? And even meaning that I don’t eat or have a protein shake after the gym?

I here you on those injuries. Just injured my lower back on dead’s this morning. I’ve been going real slow getting back into it. Back felt a little tight so did 20 minutes on bike and stretch then did one plate a couple sets felt good then did two plates felt good and too easy. Then added two 25s everything was high and tight good form second rep lower back gave out. Fuck me!!! Probably shouldn’t have even attempted dead’s knowing back was tight when I woke up.

Oh man! I hope it heals quickly. I stopped dead lofts 10 years ago when my left lat tore on me. I used to get injuries all the time when on this blood pressure drug, Clonidine. It took me years to figure out that it was causing the injuries. Once I stopped using it things improved gradually over a year‘a time. My friend had the same issue with another blood pressure drug called edarbi.

That sucks. My son said I should quit dead altogether. I don’t know. I’m not an athlete so I guess they aren’t that important.

I’m 19 hours fasted and my eyes feel heavy like I could fall asleep. No gym today. Vision is blurry. Crazy that extra hour my body isn’t used to.

Today I fasted 19 hours and felt great! I trained arms and calves fasted and never ran out of energy, I just had my post workout meal. I’m full. I may just have one more meal so only two meals and my post workout shake/banana. I hope that’s okay? It’s only 150 grams of protein. Maybe I’ll chug a shake an hour after my next meal to get 200 grams in. Anyway, I looked freaky at the gym after 18 hours of fasting and only anadrol, tbol, Cialis, flmodanifil, and tianeptine in my system. Plus I took my shot of sustanon, test enan, test prop, deca, and NPP preworkout. I see changes coming very fast so far in terms of leanness and vascularity.
BICEPS:
  • 4 sets standing EZ bar curls
  • 4 sets alternating dumbbell curls on the inclined bench
  • 4 sets one arm seated concentration curl machine
    TRICEPS:
  • 4 sets rope push downs
  • 4 sets one arm reverse grip push downs and a few over hand push downs on a few sets to get all 16 reps in
  • 4 sets dumbbell kick backs
    CALVES:
  • 5 sets calf press machine
***darn it! I just realized I didn’t do a hammer grip curl for that muscle that runs under the biceps from the forearms to push the biceps outward. Oh well, next time.

My foot injury felt better today. For a month my left foot felt like it would break while doing calves. It would pop and hurt. It seems odd but I swear my joints feel better already while training fasted for some reason. I have real bad joint arthritis everywhere but my elbows were better on arms and my foot. My left delt still feels messed up though. On inclined alternating dumbbell curls my left arm can’t do nearly as many reps because my delt hurts and the muscle that runs under the delt and into the biceps is weaker from the injury strain.

Phew… I feel like I would be so flat looking and lethargic after 18hrs of no eating. But I am going to try fasting come May, I also want to incorporate cardio during this trial and error phase of fasting ( I never do cardio lol )

I love your log and I laughed like hell when you “only” took the stuff above…Plus…! You are an animal brother.

I notice it’s harder to fall asleep without my whey isolate before bed. I used to chug a shake before bed and if I woke up in the middle of the night also. It always knocked me right out. Now i just lie in bed for hours if I can’t fall asleep. That’s my only complaint though. I feel much healthier on this diet.

I notice 3 days of intermittent fasting with my extreme precontest diet is easy . Today is the 6th straight day and I want a pizza!!! 🍕 haha 😂
Luckily tonight and tomorrow night are cheat meals. I notice I get excited thinking of cheat food low.
Oh, I got my blood work.
Kidneys are normal. ✅
Liver normal. ✅
Blood glucose normal. ✅
Prostate normal. ✅
HDL is 20 which I don’t sweat. That’s good for me.
LDL normal ✅
Homoglobin 20.4 critically high as expected but much better than 2 years ago when it was 25. My doctor said I won’t have a stroke or heart attack with my hemoglobin and hematocrit at these levels. Hematocrit was in the high 50’s.

So, to all the blood experts:
There was no blood in my urine like there was back when I was taking 3.5 to 5 grams of AAS per week 13 years ago, but I had a lot of protein in my urine, +3 it said. I expected that because my urine has looked like a soap dish for many years with tons of foam. So the question I have is, I always thought that was a sign of the kidneys failing but my doctor said my kidneys were perfectly normal. So, why do they trip on having protein in the urine? Obviously, my body can’t possibly absorb the 300-400 grams of protein I take per day from mostly fast acting whey isolate. Isn’t it realistic that the excess protein would be excreted via urine and feces(aka, shite, if you’re British).😀

Shite you F#$%^^^ C#$%

Thats definitely British lol

Quoted from
Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels

I was told that the foam was the breakdown of protein from increased amounts turning into ammonia.
