18/6 intermittent fasting

Today is Day #5 fasted and I feel great! Zero endurance or strength drop during my chest workout. I looked just as good as ever too. I did:
  • 3 sets inclined press machine
  • 3 sets chest press machine
  • 3 sets assisted dips
  • 4 sets pec deck with elbows up
  • 3 sets standing rope crunches
I fasted 18.5 hours. Dinner is my cheat meal this evening and possibly tomorrow evening. I did that last week and things went great.
This cheat meal will be an entire pizza, flaming hot freetos, Doritos 3D sour cream and onion chips, Reece’s peanut butter cups minis, a toffee almond symphony bar, starbursts favoreds, and a diet Dr. Pepper to negate all of the calories of course. That goes without saying. Add a diet drink and no calories turn to fat. I read it in the Enquirer. 😀
 
It’s 5 to 5. A week of nights then a week of days. I’ve playing with times but I don’t think it will work with out having a really long fast in between shifts
