Day 6 IS tomorrow.... Will hit Delts.

Delts. Day 6

Two warm-ups machine shoulder press
Machine shoulder press X3
Straight bar cable front raises X3
Seated overhead press dumbbells X3

Two warm up rear Delt rope pull
Rear delt rope pulls X3
High cable reverse flies X3
Seated bent over reverse flies X3

Dumbbell side laterals X3
Wide grip upright rows X3
Single arm cable side laterals X3 per arm

Definitely going to have to change this routine up a little bit
 
Arms day 7

So first I started off with two pull-down sets. After that one-handed pull Downs with my body turned to the side. Warming the elbows up because someone had the only rope attachment and that's how I like to start off my tris anyways after that:

Super set skull crushers to a bench press X3
Machine pushdowns x4
Bent over single alarm cable kickbackx2 per side
Finally rope pull Downs🙄 X3

2 warm ups standing ez curl bar
Standing ez curl bar X3
Alternating db curls X3
Machine preacher curls X3

Today was not a good day. I was caught in between taking a break or not but decided to push it just to get in a full swing of things. It wasn't exactly a bad day either. My body is not used to the weight. I pushed it so hard on the tris left none for the bis. The machine pushdowns really killed me or I killed it🤪 maxed out the machine so threw another 25plate on a pin in the stack. Ahhhhhhhhhhh felt so damn good . Tomorrow I shall rest. Work on some extra stretching.

So your doing a bro split it seems. Been a long time since you ve done it that way. Kind of miss that arm day. Although when both biceps and triceps are seizing it’s tough to put arm in comfortable position

I'll switch it up I'm sure. Do a little back and buys and chest and tris.... I really love doing the arms together though. Bis and tris baby. Told a buddy of mine I'd get him back in the gym Monday but he's going to have to kiss my ass if anything I might just show up with him. definitely a rest day tomorrow. BACK was definitely the muscle of the week for me. Sum bitch nice and sore still. Feels sore and full. I like it. Tuesday back on legs. I do switch this up sometimes when I feel a muscle having a pump sensation throughout the whole day. I'm like ok mfer you wanna cut in line go right ahead and I'll work that bitch out. I believe I only skip one upper body part for another. But If it's legs. It's legs dammit . Can't skip that.
 
Day 8 rest

Good evening. You guys will love this as I went to leave work today I noticed my steering was hard and my timing belt had broke. Now any of y'all know me know I always got some bullshit with that car and then I'm taking a hiatus for the gym. I'm not fucking playing this game this car will be up and running in the next day or two and I will be back at it and I will continue to fucking daily Post. Turn into mr 3cc In this bitch dawg IM HUNGRY!!! TIRED OF THIS SHIT.... Might just call off work tomorrow to make sure I get it fixed.
 
Timing belt (internal) or serpentine belt (external)?

Your external serpentine belt is about a 5 minute fix for you.
 
Hi guys. I'm going to keep it simple today. I have some discomfort in my right arm from doing this slab work and I don't think deadlifts or any kind of movements on the weights with my arms would be beneficial.. I'm going to concentrate on heavy leg press heavy squats and finish it out with super setting leg extensions and seeded leg curls. We'll update later tonight
