These are my go-to on the go... Fuck that muscle milk shit. Or any other pre-made protein shake the store sale. My opinion. High calories high carbs high protein. And $2 cheaper

This combo is $2 more expensive than a singular bolthouse drink, similar macros. PLUS probiotics. PLUS similar electrolytes to most electrolyte powder supplements. Add some sodium tablets if you got em and you got one helluva cheap combo hitting multiple boxes.

Still not as cheap as protein powder, carb powder and bulk electrolyte powder. But I also don’t have to do any dishes.

Two warm up sets incline bench
Incline bench X5
Flat bench X5
Incline dumbbells X4
Machine chest X5
Cable flies X3
Bent over high pulley flies x 3
