Bodybuilding Against The Grain

I would like to hit two body parts on the weekend but the gym hours are 10 to 4.... Makes it a pain in the ass to catch a break in between...

I’m going to channel my inner poppy and tell you I’d love to see you do a program where you hit each body part more than once a week. I think you would see much better results. But I also know one has to do what they enjoy to be more consistent and if you love the bro split by all means. Also again maybe using ai like tg to make an actual program could be beneficial. You’ve been looking great but could be better. I say this knowing I leave gains on the table but accommodating my social life is top priority as that keeps the depression away

I also feel like I did this before I got a cpap. So sleep apnea may also be causing you problems. Which has its own host of nasties that can come along with it. Kidney stress being one that often gets over looked.
Just noticed this..apnea overlooked and connection to chronic and AKI. Kidneys can be normal then a couple months later it could look problematic. I've been told lack of O2 to look like nephrotic problems. If I lay on my back my spO2, never check other ways???. Falls ,84% I actually can " Fall asleep" physiological strangulation, pop on O2 nc and I "awake" in half minute. I've lost a lot of weight and it doesn't look like I have OSA my brain stem must be stupid.

10 4. Already got an appointment. They pushed it back pretty far because of my time preference so going to tell them to give me an earlier time and just miss the hours at work so I can get in earlier...

Obviously today was a rest day so I'll leave you with a short story. Went to drop off an extension cord at my buddy's house. His kids have only seen me a few times and it's been a while since they seen me. Anyhow I pull up and they're about 30 yards away from me doing some gardening. The son is trying to explain who it is to his mother and he doesn't really know, so he responds. " Idk but it looks like he's got muscles."...🤣 Of course my buddy responds. " It looks like he's a little bitch."...🤣... Ahhh the male ego... Gotta love it. 30 yards out, yeah thanks for the compliment little dude.... Well this little bitch has big muscles...🤣🤣🤣

They moved the gym around I'm guessing memorial Day. Making way for new equipment. This college has zilch for anything really. Like nothing dude. I'm hoping for a laying leg curl. And a side delt machine would be nice. Hack squat shit IDC. Anything. These idiots spent 75k on this last year...
