I just started back in the gym a couple days ago after a month of only band and body weight workouts at home. I had a bad delt injury which tore twice. Today is day #3 in the gym. I was able to just barely do 10 pound dumbbell lateral raises which makes me very happy. It feels so nice to be back to lifting weights. That’s only part of the reason I stopped going to the gym. I struggle with bad depression. It doesn’t take much to make me hit bottom. I didn’t want to see gym people for awhile. A few days ago I decided I need to get out so going to the gym was a start.
Next week I turn 53. I’m shocked I lived past age 40. Before I started intermittent fasting a few months ago I literally felt like I was dying all the time, sick, rundown, toxic/poisoned all the time. I feel so much better since starting intermittent fasting. My blood work came out good which I couldn’t believe. I stopped using ON GOLD STANDARD WHEY which I took 5 times a day when I felt horrible. I think that crap has heavy metals in it. I switched to Syntha-6 EDGE protein and I love it. Tomorrow will be my first leg workout in a month. I just walked for 20 minutes and my legs are sore. Haha 😂
My preworkout today for arms was tbol, winstrol, and Cialis. I do different preworkout combinations depending on what I’m training. I also use tren base and nandrolone base. I’m on an every 5th day shot of FLASH LABS sustanon, deca, NPP, test prop, and test enan.
I always workout after 16-17 hours fasted.
My diet is 2-3 protein/oat shakes, a couple bananas, a couple fish oil capsules, an EmergenC packet, and a huge dinner which tonight will be an 8 whole eggs and cheese omelette cooked in butter, sourdough bread with peanut butter, a baked potato with cottage cheese, and most likely a margarita with one shot of Los Hornitos tequila in it. The small amount of alcohol helps my injury. I read it reduces inflammation which is seems to. It helps my with mental issues somewhat as well. I took these pics at the gym today.

Here’s my current Flash stack. I’m about out of winstrol. I’m thinking anout getting some dbol since I’m trying to grow. If I do I’ll use 50mg dbol as my preworkout with Cialis.

I only eat starting post workout from noon until 6pm. I workout from 10:30am until noon while fasted for 16.5 hours. I have a protein oat shake after my weight lifting then do 20-30 minutes of cardio. Two hours later at 2pm I have another protein/oat shake with a banana and a fish oil capsule and an EmergenC packet. At 4 pm I’ll either have my big dinner and stop eating or I’ll have another protein/oat shake, a fish oil capsule, and a banana. Then 6pm my dinner which is a high calories, high protein, high fat, high carb, high nutrition meal to grow. It’s around a 2,000 calorie meal with around 100 grams of protein. This is key: it has a lot of good fats which have made a big difference in my joints, ligaments, tendons, muscles over the past month or two since starting it. Prior to this I would only eat egg whites and steamed rice for my food meal which I am positive is why I tore my delt while doing bicep curls of all things, My body was severely lacking the nutrition it needed to heal.
 
I had signs of issues for years, and I was living on those shakes with no food for most of the past 10 years. I had something called Migrating Tongue: Symptoms include smooth, red patches on the top or side of the tongue. The patches may change location, size, and shape. This is caused by lack of nutrition and is seen with diseases like HIV. When I read that I freaked out and got tested for HIV and hepatitis. Thankfully I was clean. It must be from malnutrition or possibly toxins like heavy metals in those shakes. My tongue is much better since switching the Syntha-6 Edge protein. The only reason I began questioning ON protein is I recently read it kept failing testing on protein levels per serving. If they lie about that who knows whatever they cut corners on. I had my friend on the ON shake diet long term and he too had Migrating Tongue. The only other possibility is from eating slutty girl pussy which I did a time or two, 😀 haha that’s not a cause though.
 
They lie about everything there’s more cut in the protein than actual protein im not a fan of dietary supplements. I still haven’t started my line yet because I will only buy from one bulk supplier that submits to testing and provides pure product its almost impossible to find pure lol sounds funny lol
 
When I read about the things you are going though I feel for you because I don’t like to talk about it but I’ve been messed up in the head for so long it’s very easy to contemplate suicide. I’ve attempted it in very foolish ways and it’s something I know is a waste to do because I 100% don’t think life ever ends so it wouldn’t benefit me. I’d just instantly transition elsewhere defeating the point in being here which is to suffer, to learn from my suffering, and to spread love in spite of my suffering. Yet still, I’m ultra sensitive so just a hot girl giving me a dirty look when I smile is enough to send me spiraling downward. Sensitivity is a gift and a curse, no doubt. I hope you are doing better lately, BigMurph.
 
I actually have life in me my training has been happening at about a quarter of what I was doing and I lost alot of weight 17lbs now so its been rough im kinda cut up just don’t have my fullness anymore I don’t go suicidal I have but its homicidal that scares me because I can’t control myself and don’t stand on the tracks when the train is coming through smh

Im still seeing a bunch of doctors
