Mmmmm love some Italian. Me and my girl are gunna go to this pizza place for cheat meal next weekend that puts an Italian dish like lasagna or zita on a pie. Can’t wait to try it! My kinda pizza haha.
 
Sounds amazing and is the cheat meal of choice for me.
The rest of the week I’m trying to avoid carbs except veggies and greens.
I do cheat im not that strict when it comes to diet just training im very strict about that

from waht I’ve read so far in reserach jounals and books on aas, this is the conclusion I’ve come to:
DHT is produced by 5-ar reduction of testosterone. DHB is produced by 5-ar reduction of boldenone. Methenolone is a third separate compound derived from (but not the same as ) DHT.

so what exactly do you mean by the following?

are you saying both are dhb/ both are dht / dhb=dht? what are you saying exactly?

Dht isn’t produced but is a result of the 5-ar reduction dhb is the result of the 5-alpha reduction resulting in dhb.

To answer your last question
Methenolone is a dht direvitive but because of the 5-alpha reduction it is actually a dhb because that makes it more of a mild Boldenone not being aromatase into estrogen.

Its a crazy science and atoms thing that honestly im not able to completely and exactly explain but in the simple explanation i can give is that it is derived from dht but they changed the design of the atomic structure resulting in that 5 alpha reduction which once that happens actually makes it a dhb.

Actually nothing today
I got a workout at work that definitely got it done today. Tomorrow I will be hitting arms and shoulders. I did some fasted cardio this morning. I’ve been cutting hard I haven’t got on the scale yet but I have to be just above 200.

What’re your macros at? Sorry if I already asked I scanned fast and didn’t think I saw your diet laid out but I totally could have missed it.

The cutting is really hard for me. I’ve never really done it before yes I’ve been in a deficit but never at what im doing right now. Im used to eating massive amounts of food. Now I eat 3x a day and lunch is usually a small meal. Im not used to all the food im allowing myself fitting on one plate.
Im usually around 3000cals minimum now im at 1800 max.
The macros im trying to stick with are
200/100/100 im eating extremely clean also just meat vegetables i include cereal in the morning sometimes just to be able to taste something. Hot sauce is my savior when it comes to getting the protien down.
Im not going to keep this up much longer. I will relax the cutting once I hit under 200lbs then im going to go back to a normal eating person. I really just wanted to drop enough fat to really make running primo worth it. I need to get back to taking in more fats and protien and carbs then let the workout and the nitrogen retention from the primo do the rest of the work. Im almost there basically 2lbs left until I will allow myself that pizza like @PHD just had lol
I really can’t wait for this to be over i feel weak its not like me to miss a training day because work kicked my ass.
Im going to focus hard on legs and core probably dedicate 2 days a week to that training.
 
Nice man. Yeah cutting fucking sucks haha. youve done well tho!! Just make sure you don’t add back in too fast. Don’t jump straight to your maintencne. Take a few weeks to slowly add back in.

You ever do IF style dieting? I did that once and actually really liked it. Takes getting used to but allows for some big meals even on a cut.
 
Im going to have to look into what if style is to be honest all I’ve ever known is eat and you will grow lol
I will be stepping into the water slowly because I don’t want to get a gut going i went through hell just to get down to where I have a form of abs.
Im thinking that I will up my protien and fats but keep the carbs as low as possible that will allow me I believe to get the most out of the primo
 
Everyone’s body is different so I am sure you know yours. Me I love my carbs no matter what they do to me haha so I like to keep them higher and fats lower.
 
I keep getting guys telling me that I need to take in more carbs. We were talking about it the other day actually. I don’t know why but me and high carbs just doesn’t work out. I just start to get a really heavy bloated look my last cycle while I was bulking I upped my carbs and I had to stop my bulk because I was just a bloated mess. I have really been thinking about this lately why do I react to high carbs like that. Do you have any thoughts on what might actually be happening?
 
I honestly have advice other than just everyone is different. Some people are like that. Some people also just don’t care. Carbs bloat me some, and I have AWFUL digestion issues as I mentioned before, but I still love them. They taste better to me than fats.

Damn that looks good. Congrats bro. Take it back up slow tho!!! Add like 25g carbs a week or something based off your metabolism. Don’t just add back in 700 cals haha
