Yeah im going to take it slow i ate 4 meals today and I will probably stick with that until I blast again then I will get back up to 6.

Its a great compound also ukg has it dosed at 100mgs/ml which is what you want alot of labs try a higher mg/ml and it has a tendency to crash.
Im definitely going to run it im just not sure when.

Feeling good this week I feel like my levels are perfect. I was a little off after coming off my last cycle but im feeling really good again. Might be because im not cutting weight anymore and actually eating a good diet. I woke up this morning and my abs aren’t there yet but there peeking through.
I can see the full shape and lines of my core so a little more work should get me there

I spent time with my father he is in the hospital for almost 2wks now.
I don’t have kids i figured I wouldn’t ever have to change a diaper.
This week I had to change multiple diapers on my father. It was tough 4wks ago my father was fine now he needs 24 hr care.
I have cried in my life because I had a very hard life but this didn’t make me cry it just hurt me so much inside that I could have broken down like a little girl.
I’ve been slacking on my workouts and been very depressed but im happy he is still alive

Its really hard brother i really appreciate the kind words.
Im great full that after the surgery we got to talk for along time 2 days later is when all this started happening.
I will never forget that phone call.
I said in my first post about this also everyone remember to tell your love ones that you love them at anytime it could be the last time.

He has gotten better but he will always need 24hr care now.
I really appreciate that I can talk with you guys here about this because I couldn’t talk to others except the wife.
