I actually hit it this morning I was up really early for work so I got it in before I went in.
Hit my chest workout with mostly dumbell lifts im trying to stay away from the barbell right now and since I have been my shoulder is feeling better but I’ve also been lifting lighter to give it some rest. I haven’t felt any pain in awhile which is nice the bicep still gets sore but thats not going away.
Tomm im going to try and get it in early again and hit my legs I’ve been trying to do you and kunts workouts I like that you guys post that stuff it gives me ideas to change up the norm
