I ran the testiviron and testopin. Can’t beat the price I had great results on 1,000mg testiviron only with proviron 50mg ed. I want to try the prominate. I agree with you to the 200mg primo is way easier to work with. Pharmacon has it .
 
And you are looking good man. Just keep grinding. The primo will sneak up on you and you will look in the mirror and say damn!. You are leaning out good. Can see good shoulder/arm/bicep/triceps seperation in your pic . Shoulders and arms looking good to.
 
One thing to Big Murph once you get lean how you want to be it will be a lot easier to stay lean and add size while staying lean. You can keep losing bf on 6 meals a day and gaining muscle. You have also learned a lot about your body and how it reacts to certain foods by reading your post. Stay observed and you will see patterns develop for you with certain foods and you will start manipulatin your body how you want it. Diet is so very important.
 
When I first started everyone was always talking about diet. My diet was eat everything you can and it worked.
Now though I really am getting a much better understanding of how diet really is the key to everything you want to achieve.
I have definitely learned that for me atleast carbs don’t do what I need. It is the fats and the protien has never been a problem getting down. I don’t even use any powder.
Im not big on counting every point but I definitely have been paying attention to what and how much im taking in.
A person’s diet is really the most important part of the formula to get where you want to be.
Im really looking forward to seeing the primo pop and start showing. It could definitely be placebo but I can definitely feel it. I honestly feel like I used to feel when I was able to run dbol. It screws up my bp now but I feel full and energetic.
Even in that last pic my shoulder is really starting to get where I would like it to be.
I need to work alot on my back shoulders including traps and I’ve been hitting my legs really hard.
I’ve been able to get more primo in myself also I was struggling trying to pin 2ml at a time. I took it down to 1ml and now I can rotate all my spots faster and the pip has disappeared which has made my workout alot easier and better.
Im going to add in some var in the coming weeks. Will see that should help me harden out nicely.

I got bashed yesterday after posting my progress pics. I thought that I was going to get this what you, kunt and others gave me here i ended up having to defend myself.
So my brothers here it really means a lot to me, all your support and help.
 
Take what those other guys say with a grain of salt. If they saw something wrong they should have helped you fix it. The 3 meal a day cut is what got you in trouble. Try training rear delts with back . Use a lat bar and wide grip doing seated rows instead of the v- handle . Follow back workout with 2 sets a heavy rear dumbell flyes standing up. And finish off with reverse pec Dec or machine flyes . Keep your elbow’s up and adjust the seat so you are hitting across your upper back/rear delt/trap area. Keeping telling yourself " elbow’s up" when they drop so does the target area and lats start working. Same with the dumbells. Do them hammer grip style and keep your arms at a 90° angle. You can’t use quite as heavy weight . When you exhaust them with hammer grip go regular grip for 3 or 4 more reps and finsh them off.
 
Damn @Bigmurph sorry to hear. I lost my father a few years ago to cancer and that’s hard shut to see the man you look up to for everything pass like that. I pray he gets better bro
 
I really appreciate that pops is out of the hospital but has alot of rehab and needs a nurse for half the day while my brother isn’t with him.
Its been really hard for the reasons just like you said.
Im sorry to hear that your father died of cancer I’ve lost 2 very close people to cancer and its horrible. I really wish that they could figure out better ways to treat cancer.

A fork full of all natural peanut butter full of protein. You know its got to be chunky also. I don’t know how people eat peanut butter without the chunks.
Tons of protein 8 grams a teaspoon forget about powders. Just shove some natural peanut butter down. None of that jiffy stuff full of garbage just peanuts in a food processor. The stuff is addictive :)🥜

I didn’t get bashed for my build they were mad because im a part of this site. They said i was a karma whore because I got almost 200 karma in 4 months. Im no karma whore I actually help alot of guys and I get karma. Its a shark tank there.

The 3 meal a day cut definitely messed me up it was probably the worst decision I’ve made in awhile with my training. I was basically starving myself down. It was stupid and all it did was hurt my training.
Now that im back to eating a decent diet instead of trying to starve myself down im still cutting up and have the energy to get a great workout in which will cut me up.

I understand the first part with having my elbows up and hitting the target area.
When you get to the hammer grip with the dumbbells I get a little lost. Your saying to keep my arm out 90 degrees with a hammer grip and then lift straight up?
I’m not catching the exact exercise your trying to explain sorry I appreciate the advise im just not catching that movement i should be doing with the dumbbells
 
I meant the reverse dumbell flye in the standing postition not lying on a bench when you have your chest facing the pad at a 45 or 60° angle. You are standing up at about a 70° angle. You grip the dumbell hammer style . Then rotate your wrist so your arm your elbow’s are facing out and your arm forms a 90° angle at the elbow. Then do proceed to do the flyer motion keeping your arm at the 90° angle. Same concept as reverse pec flyes machine and keeping " elbow’s up ". I am going to take a pic of the movement. I don’t know if I am explaining it right.
 
That’s good you can hit them each week and bring up your weak parts. Standing at a 70° angle doing barbell or Tbar rows will also hit your traps really good
 
Getting back on track after the storm just a little update the primo is amazing im loving it. Im trying a diet that was very similair to what I normally run provided by

I’ve been doing nothing but getting harder and harder. I see why people enjoy primo so much. Instead of getting big on say a cycle of npp then needing to cut down. You just grow into what you would look like in the end. I will post my next pic once the abs are solid they are there but not the pull up the shirt model look I want and will have lol
I haven’t been very active due to work and this bitch named Irma but im back now.
 
No problem Big Murph. I am glad it is working well. It’s nice to be on board where you can bounce ideas off guys and get real help that works. That’s why I like this board . Other boards it seems like they forget about diet and training. Everyone wants a "secret " gear cycle. Well there isn’t one. The secret is training , diet and the same old compounds that always work .
