When I first started everyone was always talking about diet. My diet was eat everything you can and it worked.
Now though I really am getting a much better understanding of how diet really is the key to everything you want to achieve.
I have definitely learned that for me atleast carbs don’t do what I need. It is the fats and the protien has never been a problem getting down. I don’t even use any powder.
Im not big on counting every point but I definitely have been paying attention to what and how much im taking in.
A person’s diet is really the most important part of the formula to get where you want to be.
Im really looking forward to seeing the primo pop and start showing. It could definitely be placebo but I can definitely feel it. I honestly feel like I used to feel when I was able to run dbol. It screws up my bp now but I feel full and energetic.
Even in that last pic my shoulder is really starting to get where I would like it to be.
I need to work alot on my back shoulders including traps and I’ve been hitting my legs really hard.
I’ve been able to get more primo in myself also I was struggling trying to pin 2ml at a time. I took it down to 1ml and now I can rotate all my spots faster and the pip has disappeared which has made my workout alot easier and better.
Im going to add in some var in the coming weeks. Will see that should help me harden out nicely.
