A little bit of HGH goes a long way and works well at consistent amounts for life while not going crazy on dosing. Stallone is a good example of it keeping you young at 77, per our previous conversations. I know folks that compete run it way high, but IMO, it’s overkill and expensive.

I did see you and TG talk about that yesterday. Definitely seems like one of the keys to longevity. Seth feroce said when he started using hgh it was at 3ius pd and then he went pro. I’m looking at the longevity aspect so was curious. 3ius does seem to be the minimal go to though…

You like a lot of us have basically worked your whole life… you deserve this.
I’ve never thought of it this way, but you’re right. I spent four years in college, two in grad school, three in law school, then 32 years practicing law. So 41 out of 58 have been kicking it (well, maybe not that first year of college). I just didn’t see it coming, which is weird for me because I anticipate everything obsessively. Retirement just crept up on me, and now, it’s a forgone conclusion and just a matter of exactly when. First time in a long time I’ve had to re-conceive who I am. THAT I didn’t anticipate.

Appreciate your kind and thoughtful words, brother! Coming from someone who has truly lived life, they mean the world. Onward and upward!

THIS. I have re-started doing 4iu each night, and I love it. Sleep so deeply, cuts some fat, hair’s a little thicker, and I have a little more energy. And I actually woke up with a boner this morning! Been a while since I experienced that!
