Yeah I’m happy enough with my gains.

when cutting happens, I will be curious to see where it all endS up.

Who knowS, trust the proceSs and do the work to the best of my ability.

I have really lost my appetite in the last few days, trying to figure out what the cause might be?

I’m not a big eater in the first place, but I’m having a hard time right now hitting macros.

Either way off to the gym now.

Yeah that was the first time. 310 next week then 3 wheels week after. The My squat and bench max efforts are done. And dead lift to end the block.

I have been fortunate with my shoulders and elbows so far, I was fearful of more problems, but they have been strong :crossed_fingers:

Is your shoulder on the mend?

Ya. 18 months ago I had incredible pain just benching 135. And I could
Do
A
Set of strict presses at 65. Now I don’t do 1 rep maxes anymore but I
Finish bench with working weight 285 x3 and strict press 135x8. And no pain. But my trainer has had me doing allot of accessory work on shoulders I
Believe that’s why I have been able to get to
Where I am

I’m just kind of getting back into flat bench. I hit 305 natural about two years ago and made a habit of hitting it a couple times a week because I was so excited that I cracked the 300 mark. Well I wasn’t doing it right and my already damaged shoulder got all kinds of fucked up but now after a lot of slow rebuilding it’s coming back. I’m not sure if I’m going to start going heavy on the bench again but I can definitely throw around 225 no problem and most of my push strength comes from doing a lot of push-ups, especially since I started doing them again when I was 295lb. I’m 235 now and I still do them routinely.
