That’s a massive transformation bro. Good job!! Ya not a lot of guys hit 300. In this crew obviously it’s different. But it is an accomplishment. Maybe I can see 400 someday and maybe my genetics won’t allow it. But will see gonna take it slow though. No more injuries
 
Yeah it’s easy to forget that the majority of
Men in the world don’t lift. I heard somewhere that 225 bench is like 3% men total, I. Never fact checked it. So men who can bench over 300 enhanced or not has to be lower again.

It’s important to compare it ourself to ourselfs when I was 38 and 155-160lb body weight, 135 was a real struggle. I have come a long way.

Today hit legs and dips 🤷‍♂️
 
Even enhanced gotta put in the work and diet. Just recover faster. Plenty of guys out there taking steroids with no results. It’s like the difference of starting a fire with paper or with gas. Still need the wood and the ignition source

Wish I could dead that much. I moved 390 like butter but then my hips start fucking with me. I hate it being old. No idea what I can squat or dead cause my stupid left leg goes numb for months. Anyways am jealous brother. That’s a big boy number your doing great!!!
 
I’m like day 4 or so on nights

Leg day felt weak.

Crazy how much short sleep affects numbers.
Also I fucked my food intake aswell. Night shifts take a toll.

Honestly it’s been so long since I did nights in any length, my whole RythM will
Be screwed until 2022 now. It always takes a month to get back on a good day schedule after
I switch over proper. A night here and there I can bounce back from quick, but a
Full switch to nights is killer.
