Worked up 275x2 flat bench Drop set to 225.

70lb dB shoulder press X 8

Incline

Tricep
Flys
Dips

Got roped into working out by friend so new block starts Sunday

Pushing strength increase has been quite amazing. Honestly if I would of guessed what lifts would of seen the most increase, bench woulda been the last 😂
 
I always blow up on bench dead’s then squats slowly comes. Now my squat is explode and bench is stagnant but that’s do to my arms not used to low bar and needing some recovery.

Glutamine does wonders for kidneys. Also you are hitting it hard. Did you train before blood work?

Fsh/lh should be low. Means the test is working!

Been in foul mental state for the last 3 days, it’s deserved, but I do feel like it’s harder to reel myself in, kinda let myself runaway with my bad mood.

Feeling strong -

I have definitely been lacking in food for the last little stretch. my eating is the first thing that suffers when work, and life ramp up.

Gym is easy, sleeping is moderate, food is always the hardest part.

Keep that stick on the ice!
