Feeling ok, BP still high 147/101 after gym.
I have cut back on caffeine, sodium.
Today I’m going to push .4ml only hopefully the lower amount helps with pip.
Also took 12.5 mg Aromasin last night with 2nd dinner. Skins been oily, blood pressure, emotions have been a little more intense, I’m a moody bitch on the inside.
