First training cycle at 40

I would drop down to trt level, 175-200 a week. And see what it comes down to. Could be a lot of things. Estro could be high. Could be high test. What is it right when you wake up in the morning?
 
My bo use to be an issue last cycle I did. This time around it’s not. Just had it done at docs. It was 127/78. Am on high test and Tren and EQ. I’ve been eating lower sodium and fat most the time plus taking fiber regularly and also make a tea with turmeric and ginger. Have to add olive oil into it also so your body absorbs it well. Turmeric doesn’t absorb well in the body but somehow olive oil increases the absorption rate significantly

I’m pretty well as strong as I ever been, though also at morning 202lbs, (Mainly Water glycogen) I’m also heaviest I ever been, and weight moves weight.

Feeling ok, BP still high 147/101 after gym.

I have cut back on caffeine, sodium.

Today I’m going to push .4ml only hopefully the lower amount helps with pip.

Also took 12.5 mg Aromasin last night with 2nd dinner. Skins been oily, blood pressure, emotions have been a little more intense, I’m a moody bitch on the inside.
 
Brother you’re blowing thru the stages of hypertension in the exact wrong direction.

Not being preachy or beating you up but that stuff right there will bring all kinds of nastys then death if left unchecked.
 
Just read up a little

Not uncommon for a temporary spike after training…. But 30 minutes post training it should be normal. The healthier you are the less time it takes to get back to normal.

Yep, going the wrong way. Can’t do much, except Positive changes and keep monitoring. If it continues to
Climb I might have to goto emerg.

Last time I checked it was 138/86 so I’m staying in a similar range.

limiting caffeine . Upped K intake, Lowered Test Dosage. Omega 3’s, beetroot powder.

Will have to sort this out 🤷‍♂️ Such is the responsibility of owning a flesh suit.

Also It would be nice if all the Pharmacy monitors weren’t out of service due to
Covid. Then I could verify My monitor is somewhat accurate.
 
Take it in to
Your doc and they will check you with both to verify it’s accurate.

I was told when I take my BP to sit still and relax for five minutes like @Poppy said and also make sure both your feet are flat on the ground. Try it once and let us know the result
 
Feeling fantAstic today.

BP is down so the timing indicates the aromataise/ with the less test. E2 related, I will continue to monitor this.
