Rest day for the wicked.

Figure give my CNS a day to catch up.

Again left Delt swollen and swore yesterday, from Thursday. Inflammation still present right delt from Monday. Today is right glute.

Slept like hot garbage, hard time falling asleep, and hard time staying asleep. Have headache today. Knee pain and feet pain, knuckle pain.

Overall as human being I’m great, don’t want to seem like I’m complaining I’m just logging my experience.

Sorry if you posted this already.

Are you using pharma script test or ugl?

Knee pain is from the weight for sure, that knee is prone to pain, and pain accessory’s.

headache is definitely hormone related, I just don’t know how, the knuckle pain might be from the delt inflammation Dam body being all connected.

The foot pain might be weight too 🤷‍♂️.

They are just not baseline. So worthy mentions.

No, I was thinking about getting a monitor though, as it would be good dignostic info. Except now I don’t have baseline.

Enanthate for me is pip for days. Everything else I’m good. Quads and glutes are my main spots.

Best time to plant a tree was yesterday.

If having headaches and difficulty sleeping, it would be a good idea to get one. Keep a log. Right when you wake up, mid day, at night. Then you at least know.

It literally takes one minute to check. I do it often.

Early detection is the key to almost every ailment. Hypertension is the silent killer brother and extremely easy to monitor whether there is a problem or not.
