Yo, that reminds me, I guess I should probably share my current supplement stack.
  • Creatine (2.1g/day after loading period)
  • Whey (however much the app calls for)
  • Melatonin (9-10g before bed)
  • Cialis (5mg/day)
  • Fish Oil (4g/day)
  • D3 (5000 IU)
  • ECA (1 caplet/day w/ 25mg ephedra, 200mg caffeine, 150mg aspirin)
  • Iron (65mg)
  • Lipid Stabil (3 caps/day)
  • Now Sports Mens Active Multi (3 gels/day)
  • C (500mg/day)
 
Like you said big guys usually run a lot more gear to just get bigger. As small as I am I’m probably not gonna run even close to that much anytime soon, if ever. I think our goals are rather similar considering what you said about turning heads and being big
 
I will I mean I will always still get bloods and like I said I’ll push the limits as far as I can while still feeling good won’t run shit to run shut if I don’t feel tip top.
 
I know I just don’t believe that you need as much nowadays with the compounds available guys like you can run MENT and gain more mass in 8wks than a year with regular doses but 8-12wks MENT you can put on 12lbs solid mass your probably getting 8lbs from 16wks of what you plan on running with more stress on the body.

If you wanted to cut hard there’s even more compounds to choose from

The testosterone I get at 1g a week but when adding a gram of nandrolone or drostanolone seems extreme to me and I believe that your receptors can only hold so much so you will need alot of proviron or drostanolone with that dose of testosterone so you don’t lose most of it to aromatase. If you can get your free testosterone through the roof you will grow like a weed 😎

Today’s Workout​

Glute focused lower body day​


Finally had to rate an exercise zero: quads were slightly sore going in today. This scans for me because my legs have always grown easily. I suspect I have a low maximum recoverable volume on those muscle groups.

Today was touuuuuuugh. Had to take longer rests to get thru it so workout lasted 2 hrs.

Solid workout mine kicked my ass to and it was no where near yours
Why do you think that you would be having trouble with recovery? With the compounds you really shouldn’t have a problem but you have been going hard and doing well I don’t believe that its a set back I believe that you are growing.

I’m just following the directions and the directions indicate that if I’m feeling sore from previous workout that I rate it zero or lower. That’s all. This is a part of the training process that’s supposed to happen, so I’m not sweating it.
